Along for the Ride © 2010 (Turtleback Mountain, NM)

Late afternoon New Mexico winds create eddies and whitecaps on the glistening waters of the Rio Grande as the river bends its way through Truth or Consequences. Along for the ride, two tumbleweeds bounce & twirl their way through the choppy waters, as pampas grasses wave a friendly serene greeting.  In the flow of life, we all sometimes have to “surf” the waters, trusting in the calm depth that lives below surface appearances.  Happy Trails!
